Landscaping Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader (Foreperson) to lead our professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating residential landscaping projects on-site
Leading and managing a landscaping team (typically 2–4 people) to ensure efficient workflow
Delivering high-quality hard landscaping works, including paving, brickwork, timber structures, and turfing
Managing daily site operations, materials, tools, and logistics
Key Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills with on-site experience
Excellent knowledge of construction and landscaping techniques
Proven experience in hard landscaping and landscape construction
Ability to read drawings and set out sites accurately
Practical, self-motivated, solution-focused, professional, reliable, and client-focused.
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7.30 am–4.30 pm
Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience)

Requirements: Full, clean driving license

Garden Designer
We are looking for a creative and plant-focused Garden Designer to join our growing design team, working on high-end residential and commercial gardens from concept through to delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality garden schemes and detailed planting plans
Manage client briefs from concept to presentation
Produce 2D/3D designs, visuals, and technical drawings
Coordinate with clients, landscapers, and suppliers while managing timelines and budgets
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Garden Design with 2–3 years’ professional experience.
Strong plant knowledge and proven residential design experience
Proficiency in CAD (Vectorworks preferred) and 3D software
Confident communicator with excellent organisation and time-management skills
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 09.00 am–5.00 pm
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 (Depending on experience)
Transport: Must have a driving license to independently get to the Chobham Office.

Garden Maintenance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Manager to take ownership of and grow our high-end garden maintenance division.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial gardens
Leading, scheduling and developing the maintenance team and subcontractors
Delivering exceptional horticultural standards across planting, pruning, lawns and seasonal works.
Planning and overseeing irrigation, tools, machinery and site logistics
Carrying out client visits, surveys, quotations, and ongoing client communication
Driving the growth of the maintenance service while maintaining quality and profitability
Working closely with the directors and operations manager to align with company strategy
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as Garden Maintenance Manager
Strong horticultural knowledge and practical expertise (RHS Level 2 or equivalent)
Confident leadership with the ability to manage people and workload effectively
Excellent organisation, communication and client-facing skills
Commercial awareness with experience in pricing and managing maintenance work
Practical, self-motivated, professional, quality-driven mindset, and client-focused
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7.30 am–4.30 pm
Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience)

Skilled Landscaper
We are seeking an experienced Skilled Landscaper to join our growing professional team for high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality hard and soft landscaping works onsite
Groundworks, including excavations, drainage, and footings
Setting out works accurately from drawings
Installing decking, paving, fencing, turf, irrigation, and planting
Supporting junior landscapers when required
Managing site deliveries, tools and day-to-day site organisation
Working to health & safety standards and maintaining a tidy, professional site
Liasing with clients, colleagues, and contractors onsite
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping construction
Strong technical skills across hard and soft landscaping
Ability to read and work from drawings
Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Reliable, organised, and able to work well within a team
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7.30 am–4.30 pm
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)
